Introduction

The high-frequency switching power supply independently developed by Yueyang Power Co. adopts the main high-frequency transformer of nanocrystalline material,imports the high-power insulated gate bipolar transistor “IGBT” module as the main power device, and selects high-quality materials to ensure quality. Compared with the conventional power supply, this high-frequency switching power supply has unparalleled superiority.

The circuit of this power supply adopts full-wave bridge output, PWM control, closed-loop sampling , soft start, overvoltage, overcurrent and overheat protection, which makes the power supply stable, reliable and safe. (ps. The main transformer used in the high frequency switching power supply is the energy-saving transformer developed by Yueyang Power supply Co.Ltd independently. It has obtained national patent in 2010.)

1. Overcurrent protection: The system can effectively protect equipment safety when overcurrent occurs during power supply operation.

Maintenance

The user shall check the equipment regularly every 3 or 6 months according to the usage environment.

Note: only those who have received professional training can disassemble parts for maintenance and replacement;Do not leave the metal parts such as screws and washers in the machine, otherwise there will be a risk of damage to the equipment.

General inspection content:

①whether the control terminal screw is loose and tighten with a screwdriver;

②Whether the main circuit terminal has poor contact, and whether there is any trace of overheating at the copper bar connection;

③Whether the power cable or control cable is damaged, especially the part that is in contact with the metal surface;

④Whether the insulation wrap of the power cable nose has fallen off;

⑤For dust cleaning on circuit boards and air ducts, it is best to use vacuum cleaners.;

⑥The equipment in long-term storage shall be tested for electricity within 2 years. When powered, the voltage regulator shall be slowly raised to the rated value within 5 hours without load.

Operating instructions

1. Set the key, up, down, left and right, for automatic and manual selection.

2. There are preset voltage, current, startup time, forward, reverse, run and stop display on the LCD screen

3. Operate:

a. Turn on the main power and set the preset voltage and current on the LCD to 0.

b. Press the SET button, use the up and down buttons to select manual control, press the SET button to return.

c. Press the start button, then the running light on the LCD screen is on.

d. Adjust the voltage and current potentiometer to make the preset voltage and current on the LCD panel reach the required value.

e. After the working time is completed, press the stop button and the rectifier stops working.

Note: when the pump is not open or there is a fault, the rectifier LCD screen will display the total disconnection, unable to start up.
